Welcome!  Please have ALL orders in by the end of the day on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026.  Orders after this date will have a $10 late fee added to your cart.  

To view your child's dance portraits, the password is their first initial and last name.  For example, if your child's name is jane smith, her password is jsmith (All lowercase, No spaces.)  If you have siblings (or other dancers that share the same initials, please add a 2 to the end of their password to access the second child.)  If you have multiple children you can click "Add another password/access code" to enter both passwords prior to logging in to order/checkout with one cart.  

SOME GROUP PHOTOS ARE VIEWABLE BY USING THE PASSWORD "groups" AT LOG IN ONLY.  

If you cannot get your password to work, please check with Hilliary or email info@ashleylathamphotography.com with your child's information and I can look that up for you during regular business hours (M-F).  EMAIL (not phone) is the fastest way to leave a message for me.

Please note, in order to add Ad-Ons from the a la carte menu, at least ONE package must be purchased.  If you purchase one package, you may add on a la carte items for the same pose or from a different pose.  Orders that are completed with ONLY add-on items will not be processed. 

If you do not see your child's group photos with their individuals please let me know.

Please expect a minimum of 2-3 weeks (after the ordering window closes on 4/1/26) delivery for portrait orders.  Digital downloads will be available immediately.  Please double check your email address when you checkout.  When your order has been processed and ready for pickup, JCDC will contact you.  

Late orders will be picked up from the Ashley Latham Photography studio located at 619 Washington Street in Eden, NC
